As a housing strategy consultant, I offer both expertise and empathy in the pursuit of ending homelessness. I am dedicated to empowering organizations and Continuums of Care with the tools they need to house individuals efficiently and effectively.

I specialize in Centralized Property Engagement - when a system (Continuum of Care) works together under one initiative to engage local housing operators to rent with households exiting homelessness. I focus on designing centralized initiatives that generate an inventory of low-barrier housing options with alternate screening criteria.

As a HUD best practice, a systems approach to property engagement ensures supported households have accessible and abundant options when searching for homes with their tenant-based rental assistance.
